Free · about ten minutes · runs in your own ChatGPT or Claude

Paste one prompt into ChatGPT. See where your revenue is leaking, in dollars.

It interviews you about your business, then hands back four leaks with a dollar figure on each, and which one to fix first. Works in ChatGPT or Claude.

Example

“Quotes that went quiet: ~$59,000/yr. Fix this first — it needs no ad spend, and it doesn't need you.”

The leak

Where the money goes

A lead comes in at 6:40 on a Tuesday while you're on a job. They hear back Thursday. A quote goes out, gets one follow-up, then nothing. A customer paid, was happy, and hasn't heard from you in fourteen months. And some inquiries never turn into a conversation at all.

None of that shows up anywhere. No line item, no bad month you can point to. Which is why the last CRM, the last ad package, the last hire didn't move revenue. None of them were aimed at the leak.

These ten questions put a number on each one.

The output

What you'll have ten minutes from now

The AI asks one question at a time. Exact numbers if you have them, rough if you don't. "I don't know" counts, and it's the answer that tells you the most, because a leak you can't measure has been running unattended. Then it hands back something like this:

Revenue Leak Interview

Illustrative. Not a benchmark.
  • Leak 1, slow response~$41,000/yr

    18 after-hours leads/mo × 10% lost to delay × $1,900 avg job

  • Leak 2, quotes that went quiet~$59,000/yr

    52 quiet quotes/mo × 5% recoverable × $1,900

  • Leak 3, customers who never came back~$73,000/yr

    640 past customers × 6% reactivated × $1,900

  • Leak 4, leads never reachednot yet measurable

can't be measured yet. No count of missed calls.

Fix firstrepeat customers. Already-earned trust, no ad spend.
Where it landson you, unless the reactivation message goes out on its own.
This weekpull last year's customer list. Text the 40 who've gone quiet, or have the office do it.

It won't tell you to tear anything out. Just which of four things to patch, and whether the patch needs you.

Fit

Who this is for

You own a service business doing $1M to $5M. You still run it: the quotes, the key relationships, the phone that rings for you specifically. Revenue's been flat longer than you'd like, you know there's money on the table, and nobody's told you where. If you already track your numbers, this shows you the drift.

Who's behind it

Jared Berryman, founder of Hivelead

Jared Berryman

I'm Jared Berryman. I run Hivelead, and I own a door repair company in Bedford, Texas, so these leaks aren't theory to me. I've had every one. One of them cost me 30% of a year's revenue. I built the systems that closed them, and that's what Hivelead does for owners who don't have time to.

Straight answers

The fine print, in plain English

Nobody at Hivelead sees your answers. The questions run in your own ChatGPT or Claude account, under that provider's terms. Nothing you type comes to us.

No pitch inside it. The prompt tells the AI not to recommend tools, agencies, or anything past your own numbers.

The email is the ask. Ten questions, then a short series on each leak. Want a human to look at your actual business? Reply and say so. You don't have to.
